By accessing and using the services provided by Twisal ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Twisal provides revenue infrastructure, AI-powered lead generation, local SEO, website development, and reputation management services for home service and healthcare businesses. The specific details of your engagement will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for us to perform our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our services, you retain ownership of all assets created specifically for your business, including ad accounts, CRM data, and website content, as outlined in our service guarantee. Twisal retains ownership of any proprietary methodologies, software, or tools used to deliver the services.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are set forth in your specific service agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

Our "20 qualified leads in 60 days" guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in your service agreement, including your adherence to the agreed ad budget and timely onboarding. Aside from explicit guarantees in your contract, our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twisal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the terms specified within it. Upon termination, you will retain access to the assets you own, provided all outstanding fees have been paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twisal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
